Description
Black and white photograph showing prefabricated houses, or 'prefabs', at Torbrech Street in Craigton. The metal-framed houses were built to reduce pressure on the ageing housing stock in Glasgow, and to replace houses that had been destroyed during World War II. Part of the Glasgow Photographic Survey 1955.
